Le Café de la Paix...the restaurant of the InterContinental Paris le Grand Hôtel

Three years after its complete renovation, things are stirring again at the Café de la Paix.

The famous restaurant on Paris’ Place de l’Opéra has enlisted the services of a talented young chef, Laurent Delarbre, to devise a new menu. Laurent was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2004 and has previously been employed by the Ritz and the Astor Saint-Honoré hotel.

The ambition is to put the Café de la Paix on the map of top Parisian restaurants by offering high-quality, character gastronomy suited to today’s tastes.
