Postage and Handling

* For Current Single Copies or Back Issues, include an additional $6.50 per order plus $2.00 per additional copy for U.S. postage and handling. If shipping outside the U.S., include an additional $10.00 per order plus $5.00 per additional copy.

* For any Directory order, please include an additional $6.50 per order plus $2.00 per additional book for U.S. postage and handling. If shipping outside the U.S., include an additional $5.00 per order plus $5.00 per additional book.

Payment

Pre-payment is required with all subscription orders and/or renewals. Checks must be payable in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank. VISA, American Express and MasterCard are also accepted. Payments for current single copies, back issues and directories must include appropriate sales tax in these states: CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX. Asia-Pacific publications (Telecom Asia, Wireless Asia and LCGC Asia Pacific) accept U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank and Hong Kong dollars or American Express. Processing Time

Subscriptions begin with the next available issue following receipt of order. Back-dated subscriptions will not be accepted. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of first issue. Back issues are available for purchase as long as supplies last. To begin your subscription with the January 2007 issue, your order must be received by November 30, 2006.

Missing issue claims must be submitted within 3 months of issue date for domestic, 6 months international.

Please allow six to eight weeks for address changes/corrections to take effect. Contact your local post office regarding misdirected issues during this time. Upon request, subscribers who cancel their subscriptions will receive a full refund for all unmailed issues.
