What’s more, Demandforce can even target the type of guest a spa wants to find email addresses for. For example, a business can set parameters that will search for guests who haven’t visited the business in the past 18 to 36 months, which can help bring them back to the business. “One of the greatest benefits of Demandforce Email Finder is that these are guests who have previously walked through your doors,” says Cranston. “Research has shown it’s much easier and cheaper to bring an existing guest back than to pay marketing dollars to acquire a new one.
